As of the start of the 2008-2009 season every Vipers FC team moved to their new, privately owned sports ground, boasting lawn bowls, cricket, mini-soccer, 9-a-side and 11-a-side football facilities. The mini-soccer and 9-a-side pitches in particular are solely for the use of Vipers and are immaculate pitches, this season being their first use in football, undoubtedly the best in their respective leagues. This coupled with a fully equipped clubhouse, changing rooms and large parking facilities have been a real positive for our club and certainly put Vipers on the map.

Vipers U10's beat Hatfield Peverel 4-2 in their last game of the season, securing 4th place.
